4) Payment Plans
Eastlakes acknowledge the increasing
expenses of daily living and offer flexible payment options to members.
In order to take this option the following
applies:
1)
All members must pay fees to attend classes.
No-one attends classes free of charge.
2)
Regular fortnightly payments can be arranged
providing the agreed amount will cover the annual cost outlined in the club’s
fee structure.
3)
Anyone wishing to utilise this option must
contact Sonia Downie or Renee Selway of the Committee to arrange.
4)
All Payment Plans will be written on club letter
head and signed by the member/ guardian and the committee member.
5)
All payment plans must be in place first week of
class attendance.
6)
A letter will be sent to the member or Guardian
if there is a default on an agreed regular payment. The member will be given to
end of week to make agreed payment. If a member defaults on more than 2 x
occasions, the payment plan will cease and the member will be transferred to
term fee structure. In this case the member will not be allowed to return to
class until they are up to date with their term fees for 2024. In addition, the
EP Board of Directors will be advised of action taking place.
