New Members

We’re so excited you’re joining us for 2024!

There’s a few steps involved in starting the year at Eastlakes Physie.

1. Register with EP Phsyie here and select Register Now, enter the new member details and it will continue to apply the card details for the Registration Fee. Please ensure that the age group you select is the age you are on 1st September (Eg. the member is 8 years old on 1st September 2024, this member enters into the 8 year group). This registration fee covers insurance for the year. This registration must be completed within four weeks of first class commencing, which is before March 11 2024.

You will need to create a logon and complete the details for the year ahead. If you need help with this, please contact the committee through Facebook messenger or via email to eastlakesphysie@gmail.com

 2. You need to complete the applicable Eastlakes Member form:

If you prefer to fill out a paper form and return it, please ask a committee member for assistance. You will be issued an invoice of the club fees for the year ahead via email, we have various payment options available – The Fee Structure is set out on our website here.  If you have any questions please ask the committee or another member for help.

3. Be prepared for communications. It may seem overwhelming at first, but we have a few facebook messenger chats running to cater for the different age groups. We find it helpful as it helps you connect to other members within your age category, and makes it easier to communicate any last minute changes to class, rather than contacting all members.

  • Add yourself to our Facebook Group, called Eastlakes Physie – Members area https://www.facebook.com/groups/346676666167781/ this is where we generally will link posts regarding club events or where we’d like help sharing an event, and confirming competition dates.
  • You will be asked to join an extra facebook messenger chat per age category, or a number of them, generally these are used to contact the members and/or their dependants who are involved with a change to a class time, or communications regarding a team for that specific age group. If you are a member or have members within your family of a few different classes, we’d like you to be a member of all chats.
  • Also follow our main club Facebook page.
  • All of the above social links can be found in the QR code at the bottom of the page, or selecting here

4.  Get excited for the year ahead! We have alot of fun, but also work hard in our routines, we love to celebrate you and your successes. We also love to be social, this year we are having team dinners in Belmont for the whole family.

5. We love helpers and ask for assistance with fundraising, like helping sell chocolate boxes and helping Bunnings barbeques at the start of the year, this help is critical, as our fundraising effort goes towards the end of year showcase, and team leotards for our members.

We look forward to seeing you at next class 🙂
